Randy Barbour, former sous chef at Serafina, Randy came from the East Coast where he cut his teeth at the beloved Amore Breakfast inOgunquit, Maine and various local restaurants in the area. Drawn to the spirit of the West Coast, this dog and music lover landed in California for a few years before making his way to Seattle in 2018. Settling into his new roll as our Cicchetti sous chef, Randy brings his big heart to each one of our small plates.


Randy Deshaies, also came to Seattle from the East Coast where he spent 20+ years in Boston honing his craft. A seasoned figure in the bar and restaurant scene, and former Bar Manager at Serafina, he now leads the front of house team at Cicchetti. With a multifaceted background that includes early career experience in mechanical engineering and nightclub management, this blend of experience has shaped his unique journey in the hospitality world.
